I participated and recorded the dry stone walling workshop in Kamiyama Chou, a remote mountain village in Japan. Led by the master of dry stone walling, Reo Kaneko, the director of Dry stone walling school of Japan, 17 people including myself rebuilt a sturdy and beautiful dry stone wall for the agriculture land. Throughout the workshop, we witness the patience, skill, and attention to detail required to create these beautiful structures.
