For years I tried everything I thought would make life meaningful. Pleasure. Drugs and alcohol. Money. Career. Travel. Social media. I spent four years meditating daily, practicing yoga, and even went through an intense eight-day silence and meditation retreat in India. And yet… I still felt miserable. Empty. Restless. Disconnected. In this video I share the realization that came out of that experience. What I discovered is simple but uncomfortable: If we stop evolving as human beings, we suffer. It doesn’t matter how successful we are, how spiritual we appear, or how much pleasure we chase. Without inner growth, life slowly becomes stagnant. This channel is my attempt to confront that truth. Not by pretending to have answers. But by committing to a process of inner evolution — step by step. Facing doubt. Facing fear. Facing my own limitations. Not to become perfect, but to become free.
