Rogue Ales, a brewery synonymous with Oregon’s craft brew scene, abruptly closed its locations on Friday amid struggles with sales over the past few years. As first reported by the Lincoln Chronicle, Rogue Ales & Spirits owes thousands of dollars in rent and back taxes to the Port of Newport. According to online records, the 37-year-old brewery owes $545,000 to the Port of Newport and just over $21,738 to Lincoln County.
