In this video, I meal prep for breakfast for the week as well as show you guys one of my favorite snacks! Wonton Breakfast Cups Recipe: Items needed: 6 wonton wrappers 4 eggs 2 ounce chopped broccoli 2 ounce chopped sausage 2 tsp organic coconut oil Pepper to taste 1/3 cup shredded cheese Preheat oven to 400 degrees In a small bowl, mix eggs with half of cheese. Set aside. Heat small skillet on medium high heat, add coconut oil & saute broccoli until soft, remove from skillet. Add sausage to same skillet & cook until heated through Set aside. Mix sausage, egg mixture & broccoli together until completely mixed. Spray muffin pan with cooking spray (or use muffin cups like I did). Place wonton cups in muffin pan, then pour in egg/sausage/broccoli mixture until cups are full. Top with cheese. Place in oven for 12-15 mins or until brown.
