Learning Amid Air Raids in Ukraine

In the middle of war, Ukrainian children are fighting a different battle – the fight to learn. Air raid sirens, blackouts, and years of disruption have left many struggling to keep up. But in Korostyshiv, a city west of Kyiv, catch-up classes run by Save Ukraine, World Vision’s local partner, and funded by the European Union are helping children rebuild their education. Teachers like Yuliia Skok witness first-hand how fear, stress, and missed lessons have changed their students, and how these classes are giving them a chance to catch up.
