It doesn't always beat a 67 or a 47, but it often does. The 19A13 is also a wonderful vocal mic, and regularly outperforms a 47 or 251 on plenty of voices. Same with the 19A9, as the other poster mentioned. Mics are obviously super dependent on the voice, but I can say with certainty that you'd be remiss not to try the 19A19. D.
