Sharing my PR times (personal records) for all distances in this running vlog. We start off today's running vlog with some cinematic aerial shots of downtown Denver Colorado. The running was good today, as I said on Strava, I'm getting ready to get ready, meaning....you have to prime the pump before you can fire the engine. I'm simply firing the muscles a little bit this week to wake them up after a two week hiatus over the Chrismas break. The legs feel great, no injuries, and I'm ready to get into this next training block with patience and vigor moving forward. I must mention that the Nike Vomero 14s blew my doors off, I LOVE THIS SHOE! This shoe simply gives you a bear hug feel, and I'm confident will be a true work horse in 2019.
