What do you call yourself? A sewist or seamstress/tailor?

What do you call yourself? Sewist, seamstress or tailor? ⠀ I consider myself to be a fashion designer and sewist. I come up with designs and sew them into existence and when it comes to my bags, I like to call myself a bag maker (@quaintbags). When I think of the word seamstress, I imagine an older woman sitting in a shop sewing school uniforms and work clothes. When I think of the word tailor, I imagine a man making pants suits and jackets. So I prefer to call myself a sewist.
