What. A. Weekend. We smashed the British U29 Women’s Doubles HYROX record with a 56:42, breaking it by 59 seconds! Even though it was taken again just 30 minutes later with a new world record, we’re still ranked 6th all-time worldwide, and we’ve qualified for the World Championships in Chicago! On top of that, I ran a sub-60 mixed doubles two days prior. It was such a fun race with loads of room to improve and I already can’t wait for the next one But the highlight was watching 4 of my BeBoth girls absolutely smash their doubles races. Being able to support and fly them out made this whole experience so unforgettable.
