So Lord, I ask that you help me to bear the sadness and anguish that have taken over my soul, the irritability, discouragement and lack of energy in my body, the worries that are in my thoughts; and bring the strengthening of my self-esteem and self-love, so that I can successfully combat this evil that afflicts me, the enthusiasm and motivation to live and live with my loved ones and friends, and that my mind and emotional system work to combat this illness with maximum strength, and that all my physical, mental, emotional, psychological and spiritual resources are directed towards this overcoming and healing, until complete health returns to my being, and thus I have the strength to resolve all my problems arising from this state of paralysis, sadness and emotional imbalance. I ask that you give me discipline and courage to follow all the guidelines of earthly medicine and also the guidance of spiritual mentors, to overcome my illness and trials. That I may complement the treatment with daily prayers for healing and emotional strengthening, together with fluidified water, in the morning and at night, thus strengthening my physical and spiritual body in the treatment process. And that during this treatment journey, I may make a deep inner reform, aiming to correct my moral posture, my inferior thoughts, my selfishness and pride, and my inappropriate behaviors, in the search for my spiritual evolution, based on the guidance of Christ, and thus achieve my spiritual balance, peace and harmony, and worthiness before you. As a result of this change in my behavior, all the windows that connect me to the depressing and less evolved spirits that plague my mind and behavior may be closed, preventing them from influencing me. And may the elevation of my thoughts be in tune only with evolved brothers from the spiritual plane, who may thus come closer, strengthen me and guide my journey. And as a result of all these actions, may I receive healing for my illnesses of the physical body, emotions and soul with your blessings, as well as receive discernment for the solution of my problems according to the wishes of you, my Heavenly Father.
