Listen to the industry's most elite speakers as the State implements Amendment 64. This is the First Recreational Cannabis Bill in the History of the Nation. On July 1 the Department of Revenue will enact temporary regulations (on an emergency basis) and release its first set of rules. In accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, section 24-4-103, C.R.S., the temporary emergency rules will be in effect for up to 120 days, during which time the State Licensing Authority will begin the formal, permanent rulemaking process. How does this affect your "right to do business"? What do you need to know to stay within compliance? Clover Leaf Consulting has assembled a panel of industry experts to discuss the upcoming regulations and answers your questions. Join in the discussion June 20, 2013, 6:00pm at Casselman's. Speakers include Warren Edson Esq., Robert Corry Jr Esq, Bob Hoban Esq., Craig Small Esq., Travis Howard Esq, and CEO of CannaCouncel, Medical Cannabis Advocate and Lobbyist Teri Robnett, and Cannabis/Hemp Lobbyist Samantha Walsh. Also on the panel is Hemp experts Jason Lauve author of House Bill 1099 and Hemp Cleans CEO Eric Hunter. Joining us will be MMJ Business Daily's Chris Walsh and Act for Colorado's Cheri Hackett. This will be a Cannabis Business Symposium discussing the business opportunities and the future of the industry from medical to recreational, to ancillary businesses, to hemp.
