It's a rainy morning in Montréal and we're exploring Parc du Mont-Royal (Mount Royal Park). We'll climb to the Mount Royal Cross and then climb some more to peek at the scenic view from the top that looks over the downtown city skyline before heading all the way down to the 'Monument à sir George-Étienne Cartier'. I actually filmed this while riding a bike, so you'll notice the speed is much faster than my usual running pace. Since I only had 1.5 days to spend in this amazing city, I had to make the most of my time, and riding a bike was the best way to film as many virtual trail running videos as possible.
