Dr. Gladys Kalema-Zikusoka Dr. Gladys Kalema-Zikusoka is a leading wildlife veterinarian, conservationist, and scientist working to save the critically endangered mountain gorillas of East Africa. She is the Founder and CEO of Conservation Through Public Health, a Ugandan NGO that promotes conservation by improving the health and well-being of people and wildlife, enabling both groups to safely coexist on the edges of protected areas.
