Breann Mitchell here, bringing you tabata burnouts. This 8 minute workout is sure to get your heart rate going. We’re going to start out with some jump roping in place. After this, we go into a reverse lunge. This will help prep us for the tabata workout. Definitely make sure to bring positive energy and a big smile to this session. It’ll take you further than you think! After we warm up, we’ll take a 30 second break to breathe and grab a drink of water. Then, we’ll broad jump and shuffle back. After this, we only have 20 seconds to do double jacks. We’ll also do sets with double jacks and double tucks, which really gets the heart rate pumping! If you’re not breathless yet, you’re either not pushing hard enough, or you’re superhuman. There’s no other logical explanation! Hopefully you’re short of breath like me. Hang in there!
