The Philadelphia Police Department Homicide Unit is looking to identify the suspect, depicted in the following surveillance video excerpts, as part of an ongoing investigation into a double homicide by shooting, that occurred on Wednesday, October 25th, 2023, at about 12:57 AM, at Reese and Pike Streets and Fairhill and Pike Streets. THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA IS OFFERING A REWARD OF $20,000 LEADING TO AN ARREST AND CONVICTION FOR EVERY HOMICIDE. Suspect Description: Hispanic male, light complected, appears to be in his mid- twenties to early thirties, 5’7″ to 5’10” tall and thin. He may frequent the area of 4000 N. Reese Street.
