Arxeiostasio 1-5. From the Historical Archives of NationalBankOfGreece
A site-specific piece made with material from the Historical Archive of National Bank of Greece, for International Museum Nights 2024. A slideshow with my photographs from the city, the building, the corridors, the rooms, historical tools, and the old banking machinery. AI generated images, documentation with former employees and other images from the archive. The audio contains old advertisements, ATM sounds, coins and notes, and other sounds weaved into a drone composition. The room where this was set up as an installation had a particular high noise floor, mainly from the air conditioning for the archive rooms. The red bottles are part of the fire extinguishing system.
