About Aphrodite transcends genres with their album “Songs Without Words,” offering a poetic and immersive global soundtrack. The musicians seamlessly blend oriental influences, jazz elements, synth-pop references, chamber music atmospheres, and electronic and percussion textures into a rich, multidimensional soundscape. The instrumental tracks showcase a dynamic interplay between carefully arranged compositions and spontaneous jam sessions, often echoing melodies from Razani’s Persian heritage. Razani and Wanning move effortlessly between dreamy lightness and deep longing, creating a unique, immersive sonic experience where sound, space, and energy converge. “Songs Without Words” is more than just a soundtrack for multicultural urban life—it is an intricate tapestry of sound that invites listeners to unwind, dream, and travel to distant corners of the world. This album offers a boundary-defying musical journey that is both intimate and expansive.
