Hello Everyone! Today, April 2nd, is Autism Awareness & Acceptance Day! This day is even more special for me, personally, as it’s been 20 years as of my diagnosis and 10 years as of that first, self-revelation of being on the Autism Spectrum. And, over the past decade, I’ve slowly embraced it as a facet of who I am. This actually isn’t the first time I’ve opened up about being autistic, and it certainly isn’t the last. The first time I candidly opened up about my life perspective on the spectrum on this YouTube channel was in a video I released on Autism Awareness & Acceptance Day back in 2018 titled “I Thought I Was Normal, Too.” and it was one of my favorite projects I created up to that point for that reason.
