Irish Whiskey 1 oz. Peach Schnapps Dash Bitters Club Soda Pour whiskey, schnapps and bitters into a mixing glass. Stir with ice until well chilled. Pour into a lowball or rocks glass with ice. Top with soda. CRIMSON MULE 1 ½ oz. Irish Whiskey 1 oz. Pomegranate Juice Splash Orange Juice 3 oz. Ginger Beer Mix everything in a tall glass or Mule mug with ice. Garnish with orange wedge. LUCKY CLOVER 2 oz. Vanilla Vodka 1 oz. White Chocolate Liqueur ½ oz. Green Crème de Menthe ½ oz. Irish Cream Mix everything in a shaker jar with ice. Shake until well chilled. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with whipped cream and sprinkles.
