Dick & Lois take the kids to Hawaii (a film by Dick Barrett circa 1976)

Here is my Dad's Super 8 film he shot of our family trip to Waikiki Beach in Honolulu, Hawaii circa 1976. My Dad had a steel convention that he attended there and Dad opted to take us all with him. A lot of great shots of my Mom talking to the camera, my sister Chrissy smiling and acting silly, and me and brother Scott surfing (I can't vouch for Scott but it was my one and only time that I surfed). Our surfing was cut by some Portuguese man o' war jelly fish that the old Hawaiin surf instructor was trying to help us avoid...luckly no stings. There were also some great shots of Pearl Harbor which was very important to my Dad as he was a Marine and he lost an uncle in World War II.
