I do a full playthrough of the official solo mode from Beyond the Sun: Leaders of the New Dawn designed by Dennis K. Chan. I codesigned the expansion but my contributions were the leaders, systems, techs, Space Privateers' Collective, etc. Dennis made his own solo mode, and then I helped test it and encouraged him to make it hard enough for me not to have a 100% win-rate. This difficulty may be too hard for some new players but there are rules for adjusting it or you can introduce using advanced boards and/or leaders to give yourself a definite edge against the AI.
