How I regulate my watches (Seiko NH Series)

I have had plenty of times with brand new watches where they just do not run very well out of the box and the accuracy really spoils that 'new watch feeling' - this San Martin being a great example. This can be very frustrating, so I wanted to show my current method to regulate watches. As I have said in the video, I am not a watch maker - this method works well for me on NH series movements. Like with anything I would spend time learning from a variety of different sources and getting a good mix of opinions and techniques before attempting it for the first time, but hopefully there is something useful in this video.
