I skydived over the pyramids (still processing that), raved in the desert with the pyramids behind me, snorkeled in the Red Sea in Hurghada, explored the Grand Egyptian Museum, got humbled (and slightly scammed) in the markets, wandered through Khan el Khalili, stood in front of the Sphinx… and somewhere in between all of that, something in me started to shift. Falling through the sky felt like flying. Being in the ocean felt like being closer to God than I’ve ever felt. And the chaos, the beauty, the intensity of Egypt… it does something to you. This wasn’t just a trip — it felt like a mirror. Of who I’ve been, and who I’m becoming.
