Aditya Gupta is an IIT Roorkee & FMS Delhi alumnus and the owner of successful brands like The Rug Republic, (which is sold globally in 85 countries), Sharda Exports & The Furniture Republic, a name to reckon with in the world of home fashion & exports. But he is not just a celebrated businessman. Aditya took to trekking from a fairly young age, joined a mountaineering club during his college days at IIT Roorkee and has never looked back since then. He took his belief in "raising the bar" to an altogether new dimension by scaling the Mt. Everest at the age of 50! His journey has been featured in numerous TV channels, magazines & newspapers with the Inc. magazine doing a cover story on him and his connection with adventure & business. The theme for TEDx XLRI 2021 is Surviving the Storm.
