We took the Mt Baker Scenic Byway up to Heather Meadows and Artist Point. We then took the Table Mountain Trail for more views of Mount Baker, Washington's third highest peak at 10,778 feet. The drive up had switchbacks and windy curves, but there was a large parking area at Artist Point, although I recommend that you get there early as this is very popular. There is a National Park Visitor Center here as well.
