This is the 3rd episode in a series about the Omnia ZRS Fire I received for testing courtesy of the Norica factory in Spain. This airgun appears to be very particular about cheek-weld placement and where you eye position is behind the scope. Tom Gaylord did a 6 episode blog about this gun and it’s a good reference for anyone who owns this model or is looking to get one. In future videos I will reinstall the riser comb onto the stock and pay close attention to my cheek-weld. I’ve seen some excellent accuracy from the gun and then can’t replicate it on the next target. So far the gun has functioned flawlessly as I’m around 350 pellets in now. I’ve cleaned the barrel 3 times and have found it’s done well with Crosman Copper Mag 14.4 gr pellets as well as Crosman Domed Heavy 19gr. It also likes Meisterkugeln pellets. I’ve not had favorable weather conditions for shooting as the wind keeps blowing but that’s to be expected during my winter season. I’m planning to try it out at longer distances but I’ve got to have good conditions or it’s a waste of time IMO. I want to test the gun, not how well or poorly I do trying to compensate for wind.
