When my wife forbid me from cooking steak in the house, I had to get creative. With no grill available, I decided to cook my steak outside using a backup battery and an electric hot plate. In this video, I fire up the Jackery Explorer 1000, push it to nearly 1,000 watts of power, and see if it can handle cooking a full steak lunch. It definitely takes longer than I’m used to, but in the end, we get the job done—and the steak turns out delicious. Of course, Ollie is along for the adventure and even gets a well-deserved taste of steak at the end. 🐶🥩 No more being hangry!
