This week Kelly (@willowandtwigg) is re-visiting one of the projects she made in week three of our Diploma In Silver Jewellery, which is a soldering masterclass 🙌 Soldering is a key skill for making jewellery using precious metals and this is why we focus on teaching the different techniques early on in the course ✨ In this reel Kelly shares a copper and brass flower design that she created using sweat soldering 🔥 Using base metals like these is a great way to practice before moving on to working with more expensive metals like silver and gold 💸 The results can also look really beautiful, especially with the different tones! 💕 Do you practice on brass and copper first?
