The #mizuno Neo Zen is described as soft and also bouncy. This is also a description used for the ADIDAS Adios 9 and The ADIDAS Adios Pro 4. We are exiting the era of Illegal Max Stack with wider platforms and entering into an era of soft and bouncy foams. Perhaps the ADIDAS EVO 1 has challenged running shoe companies to create lighter shoes, ASICS with the MetaSpeed Paris series and Puma with the Deviate Nitro Elite v3. I do not know for certain. I do know that Mizuno is already on the lighter side of running shoes to begin with and perhaps "too soft" in the way New Balance Fuelcell foam was too soft back in late 2022. Anyway, here we are. And the question is whether or not this daily trainer is more soft or more bouncy. Is it a fun shoe you can pick up the pace or is it going to be a workhorse daily trainer? This is a very important question to answer and I answer it in this video. I also describe in great length what it feels like to run in the shoe. I then compare it at length to the Mizuno Neo Vista because I have run over 250 miles in that shoe and beyond the specs and describe the different sensations underfoot. Lastly, I suggest who the shoe may be good for. DISCLAIMER: @mizunorunningusa Sent me this shoes for the purpose of review. As Kofuzi likes to say, Mizuno does not get to see this video before it publishes and they have no idea what I am going to say. I do hope they laugh at the funny parts, though admittedly there are not too many jokes in this video. Sorry Luis Becerra. Lastly, lastly, I just completed my RRCA level 1 coaching certification. If you are interested in finding a coach, I will be way more affordable than a lot of them out there as I am just getting started: Emal: [email protected] Lastly, lastly, lastly I did create memberships for the channel.
