Malawi is the most laid back, peaceful and genuine place I've been over the last 4 weeks in Africa. Not ONCE has anyone asked me for money. Not ONCE have I been treated disrespectfully. Not ONCE have I felt intimidated or scared to interact with any locals. Malawians have accepted me with open arms, and for that, I am grateful. I sincerely love Malawi! Do you also agree that it's the people (in any given country) which can make or break your experience? That's why I love the Philippines so much as well!!
