For decades we've been programmed to believe (in mine and my mothers upbringing), that when women were born, they went to school, got married, had babies and their job was to look after the kids and the man. It was as if we were mind controlled, manipulated into living for others, not for ourselves. To be clear, this isn't about man bashing. Far from it. That's a different story. But women had no Power to choose at that time. At least, that was in my upbringing. Long story short, I've broken through that mindset and showing women that you CAN be capable, strong, visible, independent and live a healthier, happier life.
