Well I think the title says it all? In this video I’m in Palm Springs for the annual Christmas tree lighting ceremony and I have a couple of special guests. First up is Steve The Graveyard Guy, a fellow youtuber and new friend who has been showing me around the beautiful city of Palm Springs. Who is the other guest? Oh ya...Lorna Luft, daughter of Judy Garland and sister of Liza Minelli. Yup. That happened. The annual Palm Springs Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony is graced with the presence of celebrity Tree Lighters at the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway Annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony. Festivities begin at 5:30 p.m. Entertainment includes Palm Springs High School Madrigals and String Quartet. The annual Palm Springs Festival of Lights Parade features lighted floats, equestrians, bands, autos, and celebrities. The 26th annual lights parade takes place on Palm Canyon Drive Saturday, December 1, 2018 beginning at 5:45pm. More than 100,000 residents and visitors are expected to pack downtown to watch what the city calls its signature holiday event.
