This patient has undergone full thickness corneal transplant(penetrating keratoplasty) for corneal scar 4 years ago. She has now developed intumescent cataract and planned for cataract surgery. On pre-operative evaluation, we discovered that she has Post PK astigmatism(cylindrical power after corneal transplant). So, we have used a Toric IOL to correct this astigmatism as well at the time of the surgery.
