In our Founder to Founder series, we spend time with female founders in a variety of industries to learn their why, what they’re building, and how they’re creating spaces for others through their work. Today, we’re spending time with Anna Dorris, founder of Everewear. Anna Dorris is the founder and CEO of Everewear, an AI-powered shopping platform that helps people find the secondhand clothes they love in minutes instead of hours. She started Everewear when she was a Junior at Indiana University studying finance. She has raised $225k in institutional capital and created several enterprise partnerships, in order for people to have an easier way for people to find their sustainable style. Anna is committed to helping the next generation of entrepreneurs connect with the funding and mentorship resources that is necessary for them to succeed. Being a Founder-in-Residence at IU Innovates through Indiana University is allowing her to peer mentor current student entrepreneurs and seek out aspiring ones. She hopes to impart some of her knowledge and help guide them on a path of innovation. When she is not working, she is probably volunteering as a co-chair for the Youth Action Council for the United Nations Ocean Decade, where she is advocating for policy that is in line with the UN Ocean Decade's 2030 goals. She was also crowned as the 2025 Indiana Honey Queen and regularly makes appearances around Indiana to advocate for the next generation of beekeepers and the pollinators they protect. Special thanks to Indiana University Kelley School of Business for partnering with us to feature female founders in our Founder to Founder series.
