This video is intended to point out some of the unsafe practices exhibited by some of the protestors at Stone Mountain Park on February 2nd 2019. This video is not intended to be the only research someone does before they decide to carry a weapon in public. Remember that attending a protest and use of a firearm carries inherent risk, it is an individual decision to decided to participate in wither activity. There are additional things that can be pointed out that some of these protesters should have done differently, but I have chosen to focus on the major issues that present a safety risk not only to other protesters, but innocent bystanders. It is my hope that more civil discourse can return to politics and people will no longer feel the need to attend protests with weapons, but until that happens, I want to ensure that people are carrying them in a safe manner. Hopefully people will realize that headed political rhetoric is not helpful to advancing their causes and will find a way to agree with others on specific issues. And if you really want to make the world better, find a charity that is helping in your local community. Help improve the lives of those in your local community, don’t get fixated on issues from the past.
