Este motor foi adquirido para substituir o motor original que gripou, no entanto o motor foi enviado de Portugal Continental para a ilha Terceira já montado, mas com a diferença na entrada do corpo do termostato. Uma vez que o motor já estava montado, faltando apenas os componentes exteriores, a solução foi eu inventar uma forma de retificar o furo na fresadora, mas sem desmontar o bloco do motor. This engine was purchased to replace the original engine that seized, however the engine was sent from mainland Portugal to Terceira island mounted, but with the difference in the thermostat body inlet. Once the engine was already assembled, only the external components were missing, the solution was for me to invent a way to rectify the hole in the milling machine, but without dismantling the engine block.
