That character is the Creepy Pasta character known as Bloody painter. For the voice I wanted him to sound like he has been isolated from society, but also explains his obsession with painting as well as his killing intentions. I wanted to make him sound kind of depressed since he was mistreated as a kid and also lost the only friend he had as a child.
