We’re making our own windshield, and today, it’s all about turning a paper pattern into a metal buck. Yesterday, we mapped out the exact shape of the new windshield opening—now, it’s time to shape and form the metal to match that pattern. Once we tack it in place, this frame will become the buck we use to mold the windshield.
