I was frustrated with this achievement until I figured out how to cheese my way to the achievement. I ended up with a time of about 17 minutes, but I spent a lot of that time fooling around while upgrading armor and shields so I could make the run. As you can see, if you do it right, you can actually finish the level in very little time at all, all without really having to go through the tedious process of slogging through each of the zerg clusters. You should be easily able to put up pylons near the obelisks for the bonus objective, and kill a bunch of stuff while upgrading your shields/armor for the other achievement.
