ZGrills Pellet Grill Unboxing, Burn-off, and Review

Today we are doing an unboxing, burn-off, and initial review of a ZGrills pellet smoker. This grill is a pretty standard pellet grill with temperature ranges up to 450 degrees. To do the burnoff, you only need to load up some pellets, spray the inside with oil, and run it on high for an hour. Make sure to leave the knob in shutdown cycle until you have switched the unit on or else it will give you an error code. Once you cut the grill on, move it to the "smoke" setting until you start to see pellets fall into the burn pot and smoke developing. Then, just crank it up to 450 degrees! Let it run like this for 45 minutes to 1 hour. The ZGrills pellet smoker seems to be an adequate smoker. It doesn't reach high searing temps, but it doesn't claim to either. We grilled some slider burgers on it just to break it in, and they turned out great. We will continue to test the grill over the coming months in order to give a more detailed review.
