Autumn Lake District Vlog 2021 Part 4 | Coniston Water, Windermere, Ferry Nab And Hawkshead In today's video we went to Coniston water, Lake Windermere, Ferry Nab, and Hawkshead. We started off by visiting Coniston Water in the morning, and it was extremely peaceful and picturesque. We enjoyed watching the boats on the water, and seeing the ducks, swans, and cygnets being fed. We then went on to Hawkshead where there were some lovely places to stop off for a bite to eat or a cup of tea, but we chose to peruse the shops. I saw some lovely things including delicious preserves, special chocolates, homemade gifts and much more. We then drove to Lake Windermere where my dad susprised us with a ferry!! We got the fery from one side of Windermere to the other, and then parked up for a while whilst we went for a little walk by the lake. I can't wait to go back to these lakes, as they were both incredible, and deserve a lot more time than we were able to give them.
