Setting and sharpening portable sawmill blades with Woodland Mills tooth setter and the Grindlux 4000 is what's on par for today. I've gathered up about 6 or 7 Lenox blades that I've dulled up with use on my Woodland Mills HM130 and now is the perfect day to get them back into fine form. With the rain pounding down on the steel roof in my shop, I'm showing you how to set blades and sharpen them in a simple and straight-forward way. Although the decision to purchase the Grindlux 4000 sharpener as sold by Woodland Mills was not an easy one since they aren't exactly cheap, I've concluded that the savings is in fact paying for it as I continue to get multiple sharpens out of each blade. Grab your safety glasses and let's get down to work. Setting and sharpening won't be fast, but it will be fun (I hope). Here we go!
