2018 INFINITI QX30 Review: The 2018 Infiniti QX30 Essential AWD is a fascinating amalgamation of both coupe, hatchback and crossover, and how it straddles the body types results in advantages and pitfalls. People who enjoy a sporty drive experience will love the QX30's athleticism over a more conventional SUV. Its back hatchback design increases the freight capability over a comparably sized sedan, while the choice of all-wheel drive and a raised suspension make it better suited to deal with foul weather conditions or light off-highway exploration. MSRP Range $30,150 - $41,400 PROS Powerful acceleration and sharp handling High-quality interior stuff Strong and confident brake system CONS Ride comfort is compromised from the sporty suspension Drive modes are laggy or frenetic Interior quarters feel tight, especially for rear passengers significantly less usable cargo space than its rivals Configurations & features For the 2018 model year, the Infiniti QX30 subcompact luxury crossover has been available in four trim levels: base, Luxury, Premium, and Sport. Later, those first 3 trims were renamed Pure, Luxe and Essential. Some alternative packages were renamed. Engine All QX30s are propelled by a turbocharged 2.0-liter inline-four (208 hp, 258 lb-ft) that sends power to the front or all four wheels via a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. All-wheel drive is only available on the Luxe and Essential trims. What I recommend If you have decided on the 2018 Infiniti QX30 as your next vehicle, I recommend the Essential AWD configuration. It not only includes a variety of amazing features, but in addition, it gives the Technology package that helps to relieve the QX30's blind spots.
