What is a Servo Motor and How Does a Servo Work? Let's Breakdown an Allen Bradley Servo Motor! So what is an Allen Bradley servo motor exactly? I mean really, what is a servo motor? How does a servo motor work? These questions will be answered in this video.... Well, in this video I actually take an Allen Bradley servo motor apart piece by piece showing each component and how a servo with a brake works. A servo motor has three main components. -Rotor -Stator -Encoder When taking one apart, you will see what needs to be done to keep the understand to a high level. I really would like to hear your feedback whether you like this type video or do I need to just still to programming. And yes, for those paying attention....I did misspell a few things, but that happens...the deep understanding of "what a servo motor is" is what is essential.
