The Odisha Government has officially launched the Odisha AI Mission Portal, marking a major step towards integrating Artificial Intelligence in governance and public services. The initiative aims to enhance service delivery across key sectors like education, health, disaster management, women & child development, agriculture, and parliamentary affairs. Discussions were held at the Regional AI Impact Summit on how AI can benefit people, improve government systems, and strengthen citizen services. AI will be implemented in 41 departments, including initiatives like Suvhadra Portal and agriculture subsidy management. Chief Minister Mohan Majhi joined virtually as the Chief Guest, while IT Minister Mukesh Mahaling and students & academicians from various institutions participated.
