Working in the snow

We've been getting snow most days. I got a Warn ProVantage snow plough (plow) system for the front of the quad and have been using it to try and keep the roads clear where we stay. I do this early before going to work. Today there was not much snow but i did it anyway! On the farm i got feed and gave it to the cows in the furthest away shed. Back at the yard i got the Manitou and picked some bales of silage to keep all the animals fed. I dropped one bale into the machine that shreds the bales and that will be used for that shed. I took the feed trailer out to a field in the hills and tried to convince the sheep to come down to eat the fresh silage. At the moment because the snow is covering the ground there is nothing for the animals to eat. Back at the yard i view of the landscape and then a transition into the next morning after more snow fall during the night. Back to feeding again! There is a shot of the new bedder in action spreading a bale of straw for the cows. All the hens are now away and we have the task of clearing all the muck in the hen shed. Mucking out the hen shed is a big job that will take weeks! After all the muck has been removed the place needs to be pressure washed, disinfected, and sprayed with a powder that kills mites.
