This activity allows you to earn exotics, enhancement cores, enhancement prisms, various enhanced mods, etc. In terms of speed, ease of access, and overall efficiency, you would be hard pressed to find a better method right now in Destiny 2. Since this is a match-made activity, you can do this as a solo player. While you don't need to reach 100k points, it's very important to defeat all of the Champion enemies within the nightfall. To do this, you want to have the 2nd column in your gate lord artifact upgraded. There are 2 types of champions; barrier and overload champions. These can be more easily dealt with by using anti-barrier and overload rounds, which can be applied to different weapons. Make sure you have these applied, as defeating these enemies is very challenging without them. If you defeat all champions, not only will it boost your score a lot, but you will also get the "platinum," champion bonus at the end which improves rewards.
