New Pacific Airlines, formerly known as Northern Pacific Airways, is one of the more interesting American airline startups in recent years. Their initial business model was based around using Anchorage, Alaska as a hub for Trans-Pacific flights and operating a fleet of Boeing 757s. Following the closure of Russian airspace, they instead launched a few domestic flights out of Ontario International Airport (ONT) in Southern California.
