How to fix a p1354 code for a Toyota/Lexus with the 1MZ-FE with VVT-i. PART NUMBER - 15330-0A010 p1354 with p0300, p0302, p0304, p0306. Symptoms include misfire/rough running, unresponsive throttle with jerking from the engine while cruising, high idle. This would also be the same fix if you had the issue on bank 2, but double check the part number, it may be different. The day after I replaced the bank 1 OCV bank 2 went out so I would suggest doing both at the same time, also I didn't bother to clean the filters. You can find this part cheap from aftermarket vendors but I went with the OE part for $~70 since the original one lasted for 272,500 miles.
