BMW HP4 | S1000RR Test ride | Interview with Troy Corser

BMW presented their High-End-Superbike BMW S 1000 RR HP4 on the MotoGP racing circuit in Jerez de la Frontera. „HP" stands for „High Performance" and this title is completely in line with the offering of the bavarian motorcycle producer. The bike is equipped with state-of-the-art-technologies: Race-ABS (inlcuding an IDM-Setting), traction control from 7 to +7, launch control for perfect starts and -- for the first time -- an electronically-adjustable chassis which dynamically adjusts to road and vehicle-conditions. The calibration-set seems to provide endless adjustment options for the driver. Unfortunately, the Competition-Pack with carbon-parts and adjustable footrests is only available at additional charge -- the only drawback actually.
